  1. sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej: Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że jest ubezpieczony od odpowiedzialności cywilnej w zakresie prowadzonej działalności związanej z przedmiotem zamówienia nie może być niższa niż 200 000 zł.
  2. zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że łącznie spełnia następujące warunki: Wykonawca w okresie ostatnich pięciu lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, wykonał należycie co najmniej trzy zamówienia polegające na dostawie sprzętu komputerowego o wartości nie mniejszej niż 200 000,00 zł brutto dla każdego z zamówień.
