What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of a network NAS for storing, archiving and securing data from information systems, as well as archival documentation related to the execution of tasks financed by the European Funds for Mazovia 2021–2027. The equipment offered must come from the official distribution channel of the manufacturer intended for the European Union market and be covered by full technical support of the producer in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The contractor is obliged to provide warranty service provided by the authorized service of the manufacturer or authorised service partner of the manufacturer operating in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The description of the contract — (hereinafter referred to as ‘OPP’) is given in Annex 2 to the SWI.
