Purchase and implementation of Security Operation Center (SOC) as part of the project Improving cybersecurity in PGK Sp. z o.o. in Zamość

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, implementation and provision of Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS) as part of the project entitled “Improving cybersecurity in the Municipal Economy Company Sp. z o.o. in Zamość”. 2. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) the provision and launch of the SOCaaS service, together with the SIEM system provided and administered by the Contractor; 2) 24h monitoring of IT and OT infrastructure and systems and response to incidents and incidents by L1 and L2 teams; 3) providing support in incident management, post-stincident analysis and investigative IT; 4) monitoring of data leaks concerning domains and accounts identified by the Contracting Authority; 5) providing a Dashboard, recommendations and reports and monthly discussion of the implementation of the service.
