- the delivery of the Safety System together with the provision of the Contracting Authority with the manufacturer's support and the necessary licenses and equipment, in accordance with the conditions described in the OGA and the provisions of § 8 of the contract model, which includes: - installation and configuration of the Safety System in the Contracting Authority's IT resources; - execution of the Implementation Documentation;
- delivery by the Contracting Authority of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the conditions described in the OGA and the provisions of § 8 of the contract template;
- provision of the Expert Support Service on the basis of the Orders, in accordance with the conditions described in the OGA and the provisions of § 9 of the model contract, in total dimensions not less than 50 and not exceeding 300 Working Hours for the duration of the Agreement;
- transfer of vouchers for training and workshops and exams for the Contracting Authority's staff in accordance with the scope described in the POA. The specific subject matter of the contract is set out in the model contract with the Annexes, which is Annex No 1 to the SWI.
