Purchase of activation of mobile telecommunications services along with the supply of SIM cards and activation of data transmission services along with the supply of SIM cards for the organizational units of the Police.

The subject of the contract is: Purchase of activation of mobile telecommunications services along with the delivery of SIM cards and activation of data transmission services along with the delivery of SIM cards to the Police's organizational units 1. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in the Annexes to the SWI: draft contract and description of the subject-matter of the contract.

Other requirements: The Contracting Authority shall require that the provision offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the performance of the contract, both as principal elements and components, elements of the service environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: - ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1560) stating their negative impact on the fundamental security interest of the State;

- an ICT product of which the type is defined in the decision to recognise the supplier as a high risk provider referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, ICT services or ICT processes specified in that Decision.

Failure to comply with this requirement results in the rejection of the tender pursuant to point 17 of Article 226(1) or point 19 of the Public Procurement Act respectively.
