What the buyer wants

Delivery of 9 interactive monitors, 5 graphic tablets, 2 3d printers, 1 mini 3d printer, 1 inkjet printer with carcase set, 1 multi-purpose device with carcase set, 80 fillers for 3d printer, and 10 fillers of 6 colours.

The Contracting Authority purchases equipment for the educational unit and the subject of the order (interactive monitors, inkjet printers) is included in Annex 8 to the Act of 11 March 2004 on the tax on goods and services (i.e. Dz. U. of 2025 item 775 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the ‘VAT Act’, therefore, under Article 83(1) point 26, in conjunction with Article 83(14) of that Act, a 0 % rate of tax on goods and services may be applied.

The Contracting Authority, as the supervisory authority of the educational establishments to which the equipment will be supplied, informs that after the selection of the most favourable offer and before signing the contract, it will transmit the relevant contracts allowing the application of the VAT rate of 0% pursuant to Article 83 of the VAT Act

    Dostawa 7 monitorów interaktywnych, 8 tabletów i jednej drukarki atramentowej z dwoma zestawami tuszy. Zamawiający zakupuje sprzęt do jednostki będącej placówką oświatową, a przedmiot zamówienia (monitory interaktywne, drukarki atramentowe) został ujęty w załączniku nr 8 do ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o podatku od towarów i usług (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 775 z późn. zm.), zwanej dalej „ustawą o VAT”, dlatego na podstawie art 83 ust. 1 pkt 26, w związku z art. 83 ust. 14 pkt 1 tejże ustawy, możliwe jest zastosowanie stawki podatku od towarów i usług w wysokości 0 %. Zamawiający jako organ nadzorujący placówki oświatowe do których dostarczony będzie sprzęt informuje, że po wyborze oferty najkorzystniejszej, a przed podpisaniem umowy przekaże stosowne zamówienia umożliwiającego zastosowanie stawki VAT 0% na podstawie art. 83 ustawy o VAT
