Purchase of computer equipment for the prosecution’s organisational units

1. The subject of the orders implemented based on Execution Contracts may include the delivery of: 1) laptops type I 14” that meet the requirements specified in point I of the Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter also referred to as 'OPZ', 2) docking stations for laptops type I 14” that meet the requirements specified in point I of OPZ, 3) laptops type I 16” that meet the requirements specified in point II of OPZ, 4) docking stations for laptops type I 16” that meet the requirements specified in point II of OPZ, 5) laptops type II 14” that meet the requirements specified in point III of OPZ, 6) docking stations for laptops type II 14” that meet the requirements specified in point III of OPZ, 7) laptops type II 16” that meet the requirements specified in point IV of OPZ, 8) docking stations for laptops type II 16” that meet the requirements specified in point IV of OPZ, 9) laptops type III 14” that meet the requirements specified in point V of OPZ, 10) docking stations for laptops type III 14” that meet the requirements specified in point V of OPZ, 11) desktops type I that meet the requirements specified in point VII of OPZ, 12) desktops type II that meet the requirements specified in point VIII of OPZ, 13) monitors type I that meet the requirements specified in point IX of OPZ, 14) monitors type II that meet the requirements specified in point X of OPZ. 2. On the terms specified in the Framework Agreement, Execution Contracts, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, and the offer of the selected Contractor, the rules and conditions regarding the orders that can be placed and the conclusion of Execution Contracts, which will cover the delivery of computer equipment, will be established. 3. The relevant evidence: 1) to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requires submission with the offer of a completed and signed technical specification of the equipment which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the order); 2) The Contractor is obliged to submit with the offer a declaration from the Manufacturer that in the event of non-fulfillment of warranty obligations by the bidder, the Manufacturer will assume the obligations related to the warranty service of the devices; 3) other relevant evidence that the Ordering Party requires to be submitted with the offer (relating to the equipment mentioned in points I - VIII of OPZ): a) to confirm compliance with the BIOS functionality at least one of the following documents: • printout/screenshot or link to the manufacturer’s official documentation (catalog sheet/manual/support page) indicating the required functionality, or • a declaration from the manufacturer or authorized partner/service confirming compliance with the requirements; b) for the manufacturer of the offered equipment certificates: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; c) for the offered equipment: CE conformity declaration, confirmation of compliance with environmental criteria, including compliance with the EU RoHS directive on the elimination of hazardous substances in the form of a declaration from the equipment manufacturer, confirmation of compliance with the TCO standard in the form of printout/screenshot from https://tcocertified.com/, confirmation of compliance with the EPEAT Gold standard in the form of printout/screenshot from https://www.epeat.net/; d) document confirming that the Contractor providing the warranty service has an ISO 9001 certificate for the provision of service services and has authorization from the manufacturer of the devices; e) declaration of the computer manufacturer (or indication of the location of the manufacturer's documentation for the offered model, where the parameter can be verified) that the noise of the computer measured according to ISO 7779 and shown according to ISO 9296 in the operator's position in idle mode (IDLE) is a maximum of…
