What the buyer wants

  1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of new disks for matrix expansion.
  2. Detailed description of the order: 2.1. Drives for expansion of the Huawei Dorado 3000 v6 serial number 2102355HLJFSPB100009 matrix according to the following specification:
    • D3V6-SSD-NVMe-7.68T disc or equivalent NVMe SAS 2.5" SSD capacity 7.68TB
    • 4 pcs 2.2. Disks for expansion of the Huawei Dorado 3000 v6 matrix serial number 2102353YTFTUNC910032 according to the following specification:
    • D3V6-SSD-NVMe-3.84T or equivalent NVMe SAS 2.5" SSD with a capacity of 3.84TB
    • 6 pcs. Disks must be provided with all functionalities allowing the expansion of StoragePool with the capacity of the available disks, including deduplication and compression mechanisms. The discs must be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee of the main module of the Huawei Dorado 3000 v6. The Ordering Party allows the offer of equivalent disks.By equivalent disks, the Ordering Party will recognise those that are compatible with the matrices indicated above and will be provided with all functionalities allowing to expand the capacity under dduplications and compresses by the capacity of the disks offered.In addition, the contractor offering equivalent disks will install them in the above mentioned matrices, will increase StoragePool by the capacity of the disks offered, including deduplication and compression mechanisms.
  3. The Contractor will deliver and bring the discs purchased by the Ordering Party to the location of the Ordering Party at Al. Niepodległości 190, 00-608 Warsaw.
  4. The discs offered must come from a legal Polish distribution channel.
  5. The Contracting Authority shall require that all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes offered for the performance of the contract, both as principal elements and components, environmental elements of the provision of the service or accompanying solutions, do not include:
    1. the ICT product, ICT services or ICT process identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of State security;
    2. the ICT product of which the type is defined in the decision to recognise the supplier as a high risk provider referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes set out in that Decision.
  6. Failure to comply with this requirement results in the rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Public Procurement Law respectively.
