Zdolność techniczna lub zawodowa O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu dotyczące zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej (art. 112 ust. 2 pkt 4 ustawy Pzp).
Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, należycie wykonał minimum 2 zamówienia o wartości co najmniej 100 000,00zł brutto każde, których przedmiotem była dostawa sprzętu informatycznego wraz z oprogramowaniem i/lub licencjami, obejmująca co najmniej dostawę urządzeń informatycznych oraz oprogramowania systemowego lub narzędziowego.
Nie dopuszcza się sumowania dostaw celem uzyskania wymaganej minimalnej wartości. Ocena spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu będzie dokonana na zasadzie spełnia/nie spełnia.
