What the buyer wants
- The subject of the order is the purchase of network equipment for the Warsaw Targówek District Office – four Ethernet switches. Detailed description of the subject matter of the order is defined by:
- description of the subject matter of the order
- quality standards (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ)
- and the proposed provisions of the contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ).
- The Contracting Authority shall require that the quality guarantee period granted for the equipment subject to the contract is at least 36 months from the date of signature of the receipt protocol.
- The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts. Reasons: this procedure forms part of the contract for the supply of equipment. The various parts are the subject of separate proceedings.
- The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to perform the key tasks of the order.

- w przypadku wspólnego ubiegania się o udzielenie zamówienia (konsorcjum, spółka cywilna) – oświadczenie, z którego wynika, które dostawy wykonają poszczególni wykonawcy – załącznik 5 do SWZ.
