The Contracting Authority shall consider the above condition to be satisfied if the Contractor demonstrates that during the last 3 (three) years before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders (and if the period of business is shorter – during that period) he has duly implemented, at least one delivery of the rights to use the public cloud data processing service carried out from the European Union, with a value of PLN 150 000,00 gross
