What the buyer wants
The object of the contract is to provide the Contractor with a comprehensive service of the extensive WAN network, including the design, assembly, commissioning, maintenance, monitoring and servicing of communications between the Contracting Units, as well as the provision of IP traffic transport, hereinafter referred to as the WAN-WP Service. Under the Contract, the Contractor will launch and maintain two independent Internet access operator services, implemented using BGP protocol, which are the starting points for the Internet for the Contracting Authority. Detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the order.

- Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy w przedmiotowym postępowaniu. Wykonawca, przed podpisaniem umowy, zobowiązany jest do wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy, na sumę stanowiącą 5% wartości zobowiązania Zamawiającego wynikającego z Umowy. Zabezpieczenie można wnieść w jednej lub w kilku następujących formach:
- pieniądzu;
- poręczeniach bankowych lub poręczeniach spółdzielczej kasy oszczędnościowo-kredytowej, z tym że zobowiązanie kasy jest zawsze zobowiązaniem pieniężnym;
- gwarancjach bankowych;
- gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych;
- poręczeniach udzielanych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art. 6b ust. 5 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000 r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości.
- Zamawiający nie wyraża zgody na wniesienie zabezpieczenie w formach wskazanych w art. 450 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp.
- Dokument potwierdzający wniesienie zabezpieczenia w jednej z form wymienionych w pkt 2.-5. SWZ musi być przekazany Zamawiającemu w oryginale. Pozostałe informacje na temat zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy znajdują się w SWZ i Wzorze umowy.
- Wykonawca zobowiązany jest, przed upływem terminu składania ofert, wnieść wadium w kwocie: 1 100 000,00 PLN (słownie: jeden milion sto tysięcy zł i 0/100). Wadium może być wnoszone w jednym lub kilku następujących formach: a. pieniądzu; b. gwarancjach bankowych; c. gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych; d. poręczeniach udzielanych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art. 6b ust. 5 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000 r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości.
