In the case of groupings of tenderers and in the case of qualifying loans, the turnover generated by each member of the grouping or by the tenderer and the subcontractor providing the qualifying loan shall be indicated.

In order to assess the economic and financial capacity of the bidder/group of bidders and, if applicable, the suitability provider, the information in the document ‘Qualification information LOS 1 (APPENDIX 5 to the EVB-IT system contract LOS 1)’ and, if applicable, in the case of a suitability loan, in the document ‘Qualification information of subcontractors (Qualification information) LOS 1 (APPENDIX 11 to the EVB-IT system contract LOS 1)’ and in the document ‘Declaration of commitments of subcontractors LOS 1 (APPENDIX 14 to the EVB-IT system contract LOS 1)’ shall be used.
