What the buyer wants
The subject of the contract is to renew the manufacturer's support to the license of Nagios XI License Type held by GITD: Host-Based Number of Licensed Hosts: Unlimited Maintenance, allowing access to new versions and safety amendments for a period of 12 months calculated from the day following the expiry date of the current manufacturer's support for the license held by the Ordering Party, i.e. from 11 December 2026.
The term of the contract (the delivery date of the documents confirming the renewal of the manufacturer's technical support) and the duration of the contract shall be up to 9 calendar days from the date of signature of the contract. The deadline for the delivery of documents is the criterion for the evaluation of tenders and may be shortened - the final/binding date will be the date resulting from the declaration made in the Contractor's Offer.

Price – weight of criterion 60 %. Under the criterion, the gross price for the performance of the contract, calculated by the Contractor in accordance with the legal provisions and the method of calculating the price of the tender referred to in point 10 of Part III of the SWZ, provided for in paragraph 5, point 5.1 of the ‘Offer’ form (Formular OF.0). Within the criterion, each offer may receive a maximum of 60 points. The number of points in the criterion that the tender will receive will be calculated on the basis of the formula. Detailed information in Part II of the WWZ - Specific conditions, Section B - criteria for the evaluation of tenders, paragraph 8, point 8.1.

Deadline for the delivery of documents – 40 % weight. The evaluation criterion shall be subject to the deadline declared by the Contractor for the delivery of documents confirming the renewal of the manufacturer’s technical support, calculated on calendar days after the signature of the contract, as indicated in paragraph 5, point 5.2 of the ‘Offer’ form (Formular OF.0). Standard/Consistent with SGM, the maximum delivery date for documents confirming the renewal of the manufacturer's technical support that may be offered The contractor shall be 9 calendar days after the contract is signed. In order to obtain points within the criterion, the declared deadline should be reduced from the standard date and the maximum declared delivery date, less than 9 calendar days after the contract has been signed. Within the criterion, each offer may receive a maximum of 40 points. The number of points in the criterion each tender will receive shall be awarded in accordance with the table. Detailed information in Part II of the WWZ - Specific conditions, Section B - criteria for the evaluation of tenders, paragraph 8, point 8.2.
