What the buyer wants

With the request to participate, the candidate shall have a declaration of readiness from a credit institution authorised in the European Communities or in a State of the Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or in a State of the Parties to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement. Credit and deposit insurers that in the case of an order, they provide bank guarantees as a performance guarantee in the amount of 17,000.00 euros.
The candidate(s) of a candidate group shall submit a self-declaration of registration in a professional or commercial register together with the request to participate.
The applicant / members of an applicant community has / have to submit a self-declaration with the application for participation that no compelling and no optional reasons for exclusion acc. Sections 123, 124 GWB.
The applicant/members of an applicant community must submit a self-declaration on the total net annual turnover of the last three completed financial years, separately by year, with the application for participation. The total net annual turnover must be at least 200,000.00 euros/year.
The applicant/members of an applicant community have/have with the application a proof or an undertaking by an insurance company to conclude a corresponding insurance in the event of an order to provide that there is a liability insurance (professional or occupational liability) with coverage sums of at least 2,500,000.00 EUR for personal and property damage, 2 times maximized per insurance year and at least 100,000.00 EUR for property damage.
The applicant/members of an applicant community must/have specified the number of currently permanent employees* with the application to participate. The applicant or the members of an applicant community must have at least one specialist in electrical engineering who proves a qualification at at least DQR/EQR level 6 (e.g. Bachelor Electrical Engineering or a certified technician).
The applicant(s) of a candidate community shall indicate reference projects implemented with the request to participate which are comparable to the service to be awarded. The following information is required: - Turnover level - Type of service provision (own service, ARGE, subcontractors, etc.) - Performance period and time of commissioning - Client incl. Designation of contacts with contact details Required minimum standard: The applicant/members of an applicant community in total must prove at least 3 reference projects that meet all the following requirements: - Delivery, installation and configuration with at least 2 remote swirl heads based on standardized automation systems - commissioning must have taken place after 01.01.2020 - order volume at least. At least 1 of the 3 reference projects must meet the following requirement: - Connection to an existing network control system Siemens Sitras RSC using IEC 60870-5-104 protocol
