Sale and delivery of used multifunctional device for the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Rzeszów University. The detailed description and manner of performance of the contract shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract (OPP), which is Annex 3 to the SWZ:
- the proposed equipment must be free of defects and its technical and functional parameters shall not be lower than those set out in the description of the object of the contract which is Annex 3 to the SWZ.
- the proposed software must be fault-free and its technical and functional parameters shall not be lower than those set out in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
- The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by indicating trade marks, patents or references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origins, technical specifications and/or technical references systems, The Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
