What the buyer wants
Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of a multi-functional device for the Medical Department. The detailed description and manner of performance of the contract shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract (OPP), which is Annex 3 to the SWZ:
- the proposed equipment must be new, unused, fault-free and its functional parameters not lower than those set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract which is Annex 3 to the SWZ;
- the proposed software must be fault-free and its technical and functional parameters must not be lower than those set out in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract which is Annex 3 to the SWZ.
- The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by indicating trade marks, patents or references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origins, technical specifications and/or technical references systems, The Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of a multi-functional device for the Medical Department.
