Liability insurance (with the offer); No or other formal requirement: Declaration on professional or company liability insurance (§ 122 Abs.2 Nr.2 GWB i.V.m. § 45 Abs.1 Nr.3 VgV). with a civil liability insurer or credit institution authorised in the EU. The liability insurance must be maintained and proven throughout the term of the contract.
