Selection of Internet service providers in two separate lots

Subject to this contract is a service providing access to the Internet for Central Governance, the Reserve Information Centre (RIT) in Plovdiv and the Regional Directorates of the State Fund . The regional directorates will receive access to the Internet via GIC Sofia. The order also includes the provision of connectivity through optical transmission environments between the state fund's final active network devices 1.

This procurement procedure is divided into 2 lots as follows: A) Special position No 1: ; B) Special position No. 2: Participants may submit offers for both lots. On the basis of Art. 46, Paragraph 5 of the Law on Public Procurement, a single contractor will be awarded the order by one position. In the event that the same participant is ranked first and foremost by both lots, it will be designated as a contractor under the specific position with a higher estimated value.

This procedure will award the contract only under separate position No 1: The public procurement also includes Position No 3: 2.1.

According to Art. 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting entity shall be entitled to assign lots in accordance with the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the individual item concerned does not exceed EUR 79,998,77 for supplies and services and the total estimated value of the lots thus assigned does not exceed 20 per cent of the total
