What the buyer wants
The existing server hardware agreement of the criminal care system expires in 2027-02-16. The intention of the criminal service with the procurement is to sign a new framework agreement with a Supplier to satisfy the need for servers and accessories, licenses and support. The purpose of the procurement is to maintain the existing server environment and meet the authority’s needs for server products over the next four (4) years.
The intention is to subscribe Framework contracts allow for successive deliveries during the contract period so that old equipment can be replaced and that additional needs can be obtained in a simple way. Criminal care is growing and therefore needs to gradually expand its server environment to meet the expected growth. Initially, there is a need to purchase and replace certain server products.
However, the need can change over time and is expected to increase significantly, which is why the procurement needs a flexible and scalable solution.
