The bidder insures, via an insurance cover for personal, material, occupational damage and direct pure property damage from IT installation, configuration and commissioning services with a coverage sum of 1 million. the euro. or The tenderer assures that in the event of an order, he will take out a corresponding insurance. The tenderer must fulfil one of the abovementioned requirements as a minimum requirement. Proof of insurance shall be provided immediately after conclusion of the contract.

The company is listed in the relevant commercial registers of our Member State of establishment or an entry in the relevant commercial registers of the Member State of establishment is not required.
