   Part 1 - "Service of access to the legal information system for the District Court in Rzeszów and the District Court in Leczyajsk, Łańcut, Ropczyce and Strzyżów". The subject of the order for part 1 is access for: 1) the District Court in Rzeszów, Śreniawitów Square 3, 35-959 Rzeszów, 2) the District Court in Różajsk, ul. Mickiewicza 47, 37-300 Leżajsk, 3) the District Court in Łańcut, ul. Grunwaldzka 10, 37-100 Łańcut, 4) the District Court in Ropczyce, ul. Słowackiego 7, 39-100 Ropczyce, 5) the District Court in Strzyżów, ul. 3 Maja 14 and 8 March 9, 38-100 Strzyżów to the Electronic Legal Information System (SIP) in a network, multi-access version, in a no-limit formula, with access to SIP after prior authorisation for login and password or after IP. The Contracting Authority requires that the system to which the judicial units referred to above will have access include: - legal acts from all official journals within the meaning of the Act of 20 July 2000 on the publication of normative acts and certain other legal acts (codification: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1461 as amended), i.e. Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, Official Journal of the Republic of Poland " Monitor of Poland", official journals of ministers headed by departments of government, official journals of central offices and provincial official journals, - full electronic database of legal acts, judgments contained in the Contractor's system together with all available functionality of the system. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contracting Authority that it shall allow the subject-matter to be offered in the form of one licence with access to an unlimited number of users. - Monographs and comments from fields of civil, criminal and labour law at least. The solution proposed by the Contractor for the judicial units referred to above should include access to the pdf version of the book publications (commentaries, monographs, legal systems) and allow to quote publications taking into account the page number. In addition, the version should contain such functionalities as: - serial decisions - grouping of judgments within a single item in the search lists; - similar decisions - presentation of judgments of similar content; - show thesis in the justification - quick transition to a passage in the content of the ruling from which the statement originates.

   Część nr 2 – „Usługa dostępu do systemu informacji prawnej dla Sądu Okręgowego w Rzeszowie”. Przedmiotem zamówienia dla części 2 jest dostęp dla Sądu Okręgowego w Rzeszowie będzie dostęp do bazy danych elektronicznego systemu informacji prawnej (SIP) w wersji on-line, w formie 25 jednoczesnych stanowisk równoległych, o dostępie do SIP po uprzedniej autoryzacji na login i hasło. Zamawiający wymaga, aby system do którego będzie miał dostęp zawierał: - akty prawne ze wszystkich dzienników urzędowych w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 20 lipca 2000 r. o ogłaszaniu aktów normatywnych i niektórych innych aktów prawnych (tekst jednolity: Dz. U. z 2019, poz. 1461 ze zm.), tj. Dziennik Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, Dziennik Urzędowy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej "Monitor Polski", dzienniki urzędowe ministrów kierujących działami administracji rządowej, dzienniki urzędowe urzędów centralnych oraz wojewódzkie dzienniki urzędowe, - pełną elektroniczną bazę aktów prawnych, komentarzy, monografii, orzeczeń zawartych w systemie Wykonawcy wraz ze wszystkimi dostępnymi funkcjonalnościami systemu. Wersja on-line, w formie 25 jednoczesnych stanowisk równoległych, o dostępie do SIP po uprzedniej autoryzacji na login i hasło dostępna dla Sądu Okręgowego w Rzeszowie wraz z aktualizacją treści systemu w okresie obowiązywania umowy, oznacza aplikację udostępnioną na serwerze Wykonawcy, aktualizowaną przez niego w ustalonym umową cyklu, do której dostęp odbywa się z wykorzystaniem Internetu przez przeglądarkę internetową , licencjonowaną na adres IP.
