What the buyer wants
Delivery, installation and implementation of software (also called "SW") for SIEM software solution. The contracting authority shall require the supply of a system capable of covering areas for the collection and subsequent evaluation of operational and security events with regard to cyber security with an emphasis on consolidation and real-time analysis of operational events.
The contracting authority is under a higher regime of obligations with regard to ZoKB, i.e. Law No 264 / 2025 Coll. and must fulfil the requirements of Decree No. 409 / 2025 Coll. At the same time, the system must allow for extension of additional functionality, aimed at automation of the resulting security events and others. In particular, the subject of the transaction is:
- Delivery of software and maintenance to the SIEM program solution and delivery of related licences in the form of an annual subscription including support (not a permanent licence).
- Providing implementation and consultation services consisting of SIEM security system development services, upgrading SIEM software products, supporting and developing existing and new integration.
- Service, maintenance, support including updating of the SIEM system
- Training of users including the user manual of the SIEM solution must meet the requirements of the client listed in Annex 1 - Customer requirements and technical specifications of the SIEM system and Annex 2 - Draft contract of procurement documentation.
