Software maintenance of the Information Management Microprocessor System (IMMS) at "Maritsa East 2" EAD

According to Art. 63, para 1, item 1 (b) of the Public Procurement Act the participant has carried out activities with subject and volume identical to or similar to those of the contract in the last 3 years from the date of submission of the tender. Minimum level required: The contracting authority shall require that the applicant/participant has completed at least one service with an identical or similar object.

For similar activities, activities carried out in service maintenance of information management systems shall be accepted. The participant shall declare compliance with the selection criteria by completing the EEDOP in the tender. The documents for proof of compliance with the selection criteria, according to Art. 64, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, shall be presented in the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.

According to Art. 63, para 1, item 5, the participant shall have the necessary human and technical resources to perform the order. Minimum level required: The contracting authority shall require that the participant has at least two qualified persons with professional competence to perform the contract. The contracting authority shall require at least one person to perform the contract with the following qualifications:

• Diploma with an education degree
• Diploma with Master-Engineer degree in Automation;
• Certificate of passed training to work with the system SCADA Expert Vijeo Citect of Schneider Electric; The participant declares compliance with the selection criteria by filling the eEDOP in the offer. Documents for proof of compliance with the selection criteria, according to Art. 64, para 1, item 6, shall be presented in the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Law.

According to Art. 63, para 1, item 10, the participant shall apply a quality management system under BDS EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent with scope covering the activities of the order. The participant shall declare compliance with the selection criteria by completing the EEDOP in the tender. The documents for proof of compliance with the selection criteria, according to Art. 64, para. 5-7 of the Public Procurement Act, shall be presented in the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
