What the buyer wants
The subject of this part of the public contract is delivery, implementation, integration and support of software solutions based on artificial intelligence designed to support clinical decision-making in the evaluation of MRI prostate. The software offered shall be a medical device within the meaning of Article 2 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2017 / 745 of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices (MDR) and shall be properly placed on the market in the European Union. The system must be identified as a clinical support tool for detection, localisation and evaluation of lesions suspected of clinically significant prostate cancer. The aim of the implementation of the system is in particular:
- to improve the quality and standardization of the MR prostate evaluation,
- to promote early detection of clinically significant findings,
- to reduce variability between evaluators,
- to make the radiological workflow more effective,
- to promote multidisciplinary cooperation (radiology - urology). The system must not serve as a substitute for clinical decision-making by a doctor; the final diagnostic decision shall always be taken by the authorised health care professional.

Předmětem této části veřejné zakázky je dodávka, implementace, integrace a podpora softwarového řešení na bázi umělé inteligence určeného pro podporu klinického rozhodování při hodnocení magnetické rezonance (MR) prostaty. Nabízený software musí být zdravotnickým prostředkem ve smyslu čl. 2 odst. 1 Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2017/745 o zdravotnických prostředcích (MDR) a musí být řádně uveden na trh v Evropské unii. Systém musí být určen jako nástroj klinické podpory (decision-support) při detekci, lokalizaci a hodnocení lézí suspektních z klinicky signifikantního karcinomu prostaty. Cílem implementace systému je zejména: • zvýšení kvality a standardizace hodnocení MR prostaty, • podpora včasné detekce klinicky signifikantních nálezů, • snížení variability mezi hodnotiteli, • zefektivnění pracovního postupu radiologického pracoviště, • podpora multidisciplinární spolupráce (radiologie – urologie). Systém nesmí sloužit jako náhrada klinického rozhodování lékaře; konečné diagnostické rozhodnutí vždy činí oprávněný zdravotnický pracovník.

Předmětem této části veřejné zakázky je dodávka, implementace, integrace a provoz softwarového řešení na bázi umělé inteligence určeného pro podporu klinického rozhodování při hodnocení rentgenových (RTG) snímků hrudníku. Nabízený software musí být zdravotnickým prostředkem ve smyslu čl. 2 odst. 1 Nařízení (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) a musí být řádně uveden na trh v Evropské unii. Systém je určen jako nástroj klinické podpory (decision-support) při detekci a vyhodnocení patologických nálezů na RTG hrudníku. Systém bude provozován zejména na pracovišti Klinika zobrazovacích metod a urgentní příjem FN u sv. Anny v Brně a případně i na dalších pracovištích zadavatele. Konečné klinické rozhodnutí vždy činí zdravotnický pracovník.
