Subscription and maintenance service for office equipment (computers, laptops, hardware and software, printers, scanners, copiers, monitors, telephone and fax machines, UPS devices, modems, routers, and other equipment outside the warranty period), owned by the TP "DGS Ticha", including the delivery of spare parts, materials, and consumables for the office equipment for a period of 12 months.

EACH PARTICIPANT MUST have at its disposal at least two (2) persons with an educational and professional qualification level and type relevant to the field of subscription and maintenance servicing of computers, laptops, hardware and software, printers, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, network equipment, modems, routers, and other office equipment, whether such persons are included or not included in its structure (Art. 63, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act - PPA). The Contracting Authority does not set a minimum number of employees in a single office (representative office).

1. At the stage: selection of participants and admission to participation (declaration) – by completing the relevant section in the eESPD. The information is indicated in the ESPD as follows: Part IV: “Selection criteria”. C: “Technical and professional ability”. “Educational and professional qualifications”. The number of employees with the relevant competence and qualification shall be indicated, detailing their names and the type of relevant evidence (certificate, diploma, attestation, license, or other relevant evidence and/or document) of professional competence and other relevant certified data.
2. At the stage: conclusion of a contract (proving): Submission of certified copies of the relevant written evidence (certificate, diploma, attestation, license, or other relevant evidence and/or document) of the professional competence of the employees – described and indicated in the eESPD, as well as evidence regarding the employees who are included (in employment relationships) or are not included in its structure (other contractual relationships), which may be proven by certified copies of a certificate from the National Revenue Agency (NRA) for active employment contracts, respectively certified copies of other contracts, pursuant to Bulgarian legislation.The employees indicated in the eESPD and those for whom written evidence is submitted must be the same persons, except in the cases under Art. 54, para. 9, final sentence of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (RIPPA).EACH PARTICIPANT MUST demonstrate its technical capability to execute the contract by declaring the actual performance of services and supplies identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract. At least 1 activity completed with a subject matter identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract within the last three years from the date of submission of the tender.

The Contracting Authority does not impose a requirement regarding volume.
2. At the stage: conclusion of a contract (proving): Submits a list of performed services and supplies identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract, completed within the last three years calculated from the date of submission of the tender, indicating the values, dates, and recipients, together with proof of the service and supply provided, including relevant documents proving the same declared data and indicated information in the eESPD, except in the cases under Art. 54, para. 9, final sentence of the RIPPA.
