Subscription and service maintenance of office equipment (computers, laptops, hardware and software, printers, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, network equipment, modems, routers, and other equipment outside the warranty period) and delivery of spare parts, materials, consumables for office equipment for the needs of TP DGS Karnobat for a period of 24 months.

EACH PARTICIPANT MUST have personnel and/or management staff with specific professional competence for the execution of the contract, namely: to have at least two (2) persons with a level and type of educational and professional qualification relevant to the field of subscription and service maintenance of computers, laptops, hardware and software, printers, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, network equipment, modems, routers, and other office equipment - secondary technical or higher education in the field of information technology / computer systems or an equivalent specialty (Art. 63, para. 1, item 5 of the Public Procurement Act). The Contracting Authority does not determine a minimum number of employees in a single office (representative office).

1. At the stage: selection of participants and admission to participation (declaration) – by completing the relevant section in the eESPD. The information is indicated in the ESPD as follows: Part IV: "Selection criteria". C: "Technical and professional ability". "Educational and professional qualifications". The number of employees with the relevant competence and legal capacity shall be indicated, describing their names and the type of relevant evidence (certificate, diploma, attestation, license, or other relevant proof and/or document) of professional competence and other relevant verified data.
2. At the stage: contract conclusion (evidence): To prove the technical and professional capabilities of the participants, the following shall be submitted: a list of the personnel who will execute the contract and/or of the members of the management staff who will be responsible for the execution, as well as documents proving the professional competence of the persons (Art. 64, para. 1, item 6 of the Public Procurement Act).

EACH PARTICIPANT MUST demonstrate their technical capabilities for the execution of the contract by declaring the actual performance of services and supplies identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract. At least 1 completed activity with a subject matter identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract within the last three years from the date of tender submission.

"For service contracts: performance of services of the specified type".At least 1 completed activity with a subject matter identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract within the last three years from the date of tender submission.The completed contracts for services and supplies identical or similar to the subject matter of the contract, executed over the last three years calculated from the date of tender submission, must be described, indicating the values, dates, and recipients, together with proof of the service and supply provided. The Contracting Authority does not set a requirement for volume.
2. At the stage: contract conclusion (evidence): A list of supplies or services that are identical or similar to the subject matter of the public procurement contract, indicating the values, dates, and recipients, together with documents that prove the supply and/or service performed. (Art. 64, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act).

EVERY PARTICIPATOR It should have tools, facilities and technical equipment necessary for the execution of the order - service base/office/representation (with address, telephone, etc.) with technical equipment, in the territory of Burgas region, where the repair of the office equipment of the contracting entity will be carried out. a) At the stage: selection of participants and admission to participation (declaration) The information shall be specified in the EEDOP as follows: Part IV: C: (b) At the stage: conclusion of a contract (submit): a declaration of the instruments, facilities and technical equipment to be used for the execution of the contract (Art. 64, para 1, item 9 of the Law), together with documents certifying the legal basis for use of the service base/office/representation in the territory of Burgas district (property document, lease contract, service contract or commitment by a third party/subcontractor under Art. 65 or 66 of the Law Act).

The data requested and indicated in the EEDOP should have the same information with the data and factual circumstances as those actually presented at the conclusion of the contract. The proof should be in Bulgarian, respectively, with a translation by a licensed translator (where applicable).

STORY: The data and information specified by the participant in the EEDOP should be the same as the evidence provided under the draft contract, except in the cases referred to in Article 54, Paragraph 9, the last sentence of the PSUR.

The documents for proof of the selection criteria shall be presented under the conditions of Art. 67, para 5 and Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Law of the Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, namely: - The contracting authority may request at any time, after the opening of tenders, submission of all or part of the documents demonstrating the information referred to in the EEDOP, where necessary for the lawful award of the contract; - When the contract is signed, the designated contractor shall provide documents certifying the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria set, including for third parties and subcontractors, if any.
