Subscription and service maintenance of office equipment: computers, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, modems, routers, etc., including delivery of spare parts, materials, and consumables for the office equipment for a period of 12 months

The current procurement aims to select a service provider supporting office equipment owned by the TP DGS Kazanlak, to the DS of the UNDP Sliven.

The present procurement is subject to the provision of a service within the meaning of Art. 3, para 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, and the selected contractor of the contract should perform for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the signing of the contract services for the subscription maintenance of the office equipment of the CCI Cauldron, including delivery of necessary spare parts, materials and consumables for office equipment by subject and volume according to the Technical Specifications of the Order.

The contractor will have an obligation to maintain in working condition the computer equipment and peripheral devices of the contracting entity for the time of operation of the contract by performing: Initial review of the subscription equipment; Periodic technical preventive reviews- monthly; Troubleshooting software and hardware problems arising in connection with the operation of the equipment; When the Contracting Party declares that the contractor performs repairs on notebook computers, presentation equipment, active network equipment, repair and setting of defective blocks and nodes; Disrupts accidents on site at the contracting entity's operating hours from 8.00 to 17:00.

When a complex defect is detected The contractor shall replace the defective device with a working device, with the same or better technical and functional parameters until the damage has been resolved; it shall provide the necessary spare parts, materials and consumables for office equipment which are new, original or compatible with the equipment of the contracting entity and shall remove the damage arising during the contract.

Upon request by the contracting authority The contractor shall supply and moisture the necessary original and/or compatible consumables to ensure the conditions of operation prescribed by the manufacturer of the devices. On exit from warranty, they shall be described by the contractor and served by him under the terms of the contract.

The implementation of the activities under item 1 shall comply with the legislation in force in the country, all regulations concerning the subject-matter of the contract, regulations, regulations and standards in the field of the subject-matter of the contract, including fire, technical and other regulations. During the implementation of the contract, the contractor is obliged to observe the technique of occupational safety.

The contracting authority shall, upon request by the contracting authority, submit the relevant certified documents on the quality and origin of the materials used in the performance of the contract. The contracting authority shall, upon request by the contracting authority and within a period specified by it, provide in writing a statement of the state of the computers and printers subject to this contract.

The acceptance of the profiles and/or technical support carried out shall be certified by an admission-transition protocol signed in 2 / two/ copies of authorised by the contracting authority and the implementing entity. The cost of delivery of the consumables and spare parts used where necessary for the duration of the contract shall not exceed 2100/2000 and 100/EUR without VAT.

Upon exhaustion of the contracting authority's financial resource for the supply in question, the contracting authority shall not make orders. The scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the contract are detailed and regulated in Technical Specifications, an integral part of this documentation.
