What the buyer wants
Subscriptional technical maintenance and service of office equipment (copying machines, multifunctional devices, printers, servers, computer configurations, computer networks, etc.) and supply of supplies and spare parts for the needs of the Operational Programme Parks and City Gardens, as described in the technical specification, including:
- Perform preventive technical examinations.
- The removal of technical defects and replacement of defective spare parts.
- Delivery of necessary to prevent and repair auxiliary materials and spare parts.
- Troubleshooting various software problems that hinder the normal use of computer systems, networks, peripheral devices or other devices.
- Cleaning registers and temporary unnecessary files.
- Diagnosis and tests of the described technique;
- Delivery and placement of original or compatible with the model of the corresponding device consumables for copiers and multifunctional devices, as well as recycling of relevant consumables.
- Installation, reinstallation, setup and update of standard software products.
