Successive delivery of office supplies for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Kraków.

1. The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of the Contractor in the field of successive supplies of office materials for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow. 1.1 In accordance with Article 310 of the Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority shall provide for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to it. 1.2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract specifying the parameters and requirements includes a price calculation (table model) as Annex A to the Tender Form and an integral part of the SWZ (1 file in Excel format). 2. The contractor should complete and sign an offer form with attachments or submit an offer corresponding to their content, using a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature, and post via https://platformazaupowa.pl – the buyer profile address https://platformazaupowa.pl/pn/cm-uj. Attention! The offer must be signed with the appropriate signature before it is encrypted. 3. The Contractor must attach to the offer all documents and statements and attachments presented in the SWI signed using a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature or personal signature. 4. The Contractor must offer the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority as defined in the SWZ, and must attach to the offer a full price calculation as set out in Annex A to the Tender Form a detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the parameters and technical, functional and presentation of the prices offered. 2. Other requirements concerning the subject of the contract are described in the WWZ and the annexes to the WWZ.
