Supply, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software

A statement of the total turnover of the undertaking and the turnover of the field of activities covered by the contract (LIMS) covering the last three financial years available according to the date of establishment of the undertaking or the start of activities of the economic operator, provided that the information on those turnovers is available. Minimum level(s): Turnover over the last three years for this type of software: EUR 5,000,000 at least

A list of the facilities carried out over the last five years from the day the bids are opened, specifying the type of activities covered (e.g. ISO 17025 laboratories, clinics, pharmaceutical industry, etc.). Minimum level(s): Presentation of all installation references for software similar to this market. "Installation of similar software" means the provision, setting and commissioning of LIMS software. The installation must have been carried out in the last five years, from the day of opening of tenders.

A minimum of 5 facilities over 5 years is required. An annex to the submission form will include the list of facilities and for each installation, the reference of the software, its version, the date of installation (month + year) and the field of activity of the customer (e.g. ISO 17025 analyses, production, pharmaceutical, ...)

* The DUME, by which the economic operator declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17 June 2016. Article 70 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 applies. For the reasons of exclusion referred to in Article 67 of the Law, the candidate or tenderer shall indicate on his own initiative whether he has taken the corrective measures referred to in Article 70(1) at the beginning of the procedure.
