Supply, installation and commissioning of wireless network infrastructure with technical support for 36 months

Contract award may be requested by Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure concerning: - technical or professional capacity Determination of the conditions: - have or will have access to persons who are qualified to perform a public contract, who have the professional qualifications, powers, experience and education necessary for the performance of the contract, i.e.: a. at least 1 person - possessing the CISSP certificate (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent certificate confirming knowledge and competence in the management of information security, risk management, design of security architecture and protection of electronic systems; b. at least 2 persons - possessing the Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, Splunk Accredited ES Implementation; c. at least 1 person - possessing the manufacturer's certification of the solution provided; d. at least 1 person - certified in the administration and security of Palo Alto Networks solutions at the level of PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) The Contracting Authority shall allow one (1) person more than 1 of the above certificates, with the Contracting Authority's team not less than 3 persons. The Contracting Authority informs that the requirements set out in points (b) and (d) are due to the fact that the Contracting Authority is currently operating the specified systems, i.e. Splunk and Palo Alto Networks solutions, and the subject of the contract includes the integration of the implemented wireless network infrastructure into the customer's security environment. For this reason, it is important that the persons addressed to the performance of the contract be qualified with certificates relating directly to these specific technologies rather than to general solutions or other manufacturers. Certificates Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, Splunk Accredited ES Implementation and Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer confirm the competence of administration, configuration, integration, maintenance and problem solving in the environment used by the Contracting Authority. This requirement aims at reducing implementation and operational risks and ensuring proper integration of the object of the contract with the existing LCIT security infrastructure.

The requirement to have an ISO/IEC 27001 certificate or equivalent is due to the need to ensure an adequate level of information security during the performance of the contract, including the implementation and integration of the Contracting Authority's IT infrastructure.
