1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electronic seals with installed and ready-to-use SIM card (e SIM) with Standard Software and Guarantee, the provision of telecommunications service with telecommunications service support for delivered Devices, and the provision of Technical Support Service for delivered Devices: 1) in the field of basic order: (a) the delivery of 100 electronic seals with accessories (hereinafter referred to as Devices) with installed and ready-to-use SIM card (e SIM), the supply of 5 docking loaders and a 36-month warranty for delivered Devices and docking loaders, (b) the provision of telecommunications service with the support of telecommunications service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) for delivered under the basic order, the supply of 5 docking loaders and 36-month warranty for the delivered Devices and docking loaders, (b) the provision of telecommunications service with the support of the telecommunications service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) for the supply of the basic order Devices for a period of 36 months from the date of signature by the Parties without reservation of the Final Receiving Protocol 2) for the contract covered by the option: (a) delivery of up to 20 electronic seals with accessories (hereinafter referred to as Devices) with a SIM card installed and ready for use (e SIM) together with a 36-month warranty, (b) provision of a telecommunications service with support of a telecommunications service (hereinafter referred to as Service) for the option provided Devices for a period of 36 months from the date of signature by the Parties without reservation of the Quality Receiving Protocol, (c) the provision of a telecommunications service together with the support of a telecommunications service for the provision of (hereinafter as Service) within the framework of a basic contract Devices for a further period of 12 months, from the date of completion of the basic procurement service, (d) the provision of a telecommunications service with the support of a telecommunications service (hereinafter the Service) for the option provided Devices for a further period of 12 months, from the date of completion of the option service, (e) technical support service for all equipment supplied under the basic contract, for a period of 12 months from the end of the warranty period, (d) technical support service for all equipment provided under the option, for a further period of 12 months from the end of the warranty period. 2.
