Supply of IT equipment

1. The subject of successive contracts awarded under the DSZ will be the supply of IT equipment. 2. The Ordering Party provides for 1 larger order each year (about 500 monitors, 400 computers, 50 portable computers, 450 access licenses) and 1-2 smaller orders during each quarter. The award of contracts will depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority and on the resources available. 3. The purchaser estimates the total quantity of equipment ordered for: 1) Computer monitors – 1 600 pcs 2) PCs with operating system – 1 020 pcs 3) AiO computers - 400 pcs 4) Portable computers with operating system - 280 pcs. 5) Access licences (DEVICE CAL) – 1 700 pcs 6) Document scanners - 150 pcs. 4. To confirm that the information equipment offered meets the requirements of the Customer, The economic operator shall submit the following evidence with the offer: 1) PC – Processor – a printout from PassMark test from https://www.cpubenchmark.net/high end cpus.html with a date not earlier than 14 days before the submission date, indicating a line corresponding to the relevant test result. 2) AIO computer – Processor - a printout from PassMark test from https://www.cpubenchmark.net/high end cpus.html with a date not earlier than 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, indicating a line corresponding to the relevant test result. 3) Portable computers – a printout from the PassMark test from https://www.cpubenchmark.net/high end cpus.html with a date not earlier than 14 days before the submission deadline, indicating a line corresponding to the relevant test result. 5. If the Contractor does not submit the above-mentioned evidence or submitted the above-mentioned evidence is incomplete, The Contracting Authority shall, in accordance with Article 107 of the Pzp Act, call for them to be deposited or supplemented. (6) The Contracting Authority may request explanations of the evidence submitted. 7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Act. The purchaser does not anticipate a local vision. 9. Delivery of the contract does not require employment on the basis of an employment contract. 10. The Contracting Authority shall not require the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Act No 11. The Contracting Authority shall not impose requirements on the possibility of applying for contracts only by the economic operators referred to in Article 94 of the Act No 12. The Contracting Authority shall not object to the obligation of the Contracting Authority to perform the key tasks personally.
