Supply of next generation LAN network infrastructure for support of artificial intelligence in IMiD research

I. The object of the order is to supply new generation LAN network infrastructure for support of artificial intelligence in IMiD research. The detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be given in the product-price table annexed to SWZ No 2 and the description of the subject of the contract (the ‘OPP’) No 3 to the SWZ and the model of the contract signed to SWZ No 5. II. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial tenders. The object of the contract is a functionally and technically integrated whole, comprising server, network, storage and backup and data protection systems. The individual elements require mutual compatibility, integration and proper cooperation within a single ordering IT environment. The division of the contract could cause problems with integration, blur responsibility for the correct operation of the whole and the need to coordinate the work of several contractors. Therefore, the division of the contract into parts is not technically or organisationally justified and could increase the risk to the continuity of the contracting systems. III. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) and Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 19.1.2013, p. 1) (‘GDPR’), we would like to inform you of the rules on the processing of personal data where the Contracting Authority processes you/and personal data in connection with the conduct of the procurement procedure. 2. The Administrator of your personal data is the Ordering Party. 3. You can contact the Customer in matters related to the protection of personal data: 1) sending a letter to the address of his registered office or electronically via e-mail to: [e-mail] or 2) via the ePUAP platform to: /IMIDWarsaw/SkrykkaESP. 4. The Contracting Authority has appointed a Data Protection Officer (IOD) to whom you may contact in the processing of your personal data. Contact with the IOD is possible by e-mail at: [e-mail], by telephone at no. (22) 32 77 495 or in writing at the address of the Customer's premises. 5. Contractors of your personal data for the following purposes: 1) carrying out a public procurement procedure pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR in accordance with Article 9 (2) (g) of the Act on Public Procurement; 3) archiving of personal data pursuant to Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR in accordance with Article 9 (2) (j) of the GDPR in conjunction with the Act on National Archives and Archives; 4) establishing, in connection with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law; 3) archiving of personal data pursuant to Article 6 (1) (e) of the GDPR in accordance with Article 9 (2) (j) of the GDPR in conjunction with the Act on National Archives and Archives; 4) establishing, in connection with the conduct of a valid public procurement procedure, guaranteeing that public funds are properly spent. The detailed information clause GDPR is included in the WWZ. IV. The subject of the contract will be co-financed by a special grant for the implementation of the investment related to the scientific activity of the new generation LAN network infrastructure for support of artificial intelligence in IMiD research, under the agreement No. 2561/0368/II/SN/2026 concluded with the State Treasury – Minister of Science and Higher Education.
