What the buyer wants
Urban environmental management needs to meet the business needs of modern and cohesive system support that replaces today’s separate project management and work order management solutions. The objective of the procurement is to introduce a system support that contributes to:
- more efficient working methods and reduced manual management
- improved quality, traceability and availability of business data
- strengthened support for planning, implementation, follow-up and financial management
- improved integration and information exchange opportunities with adjacent systems. The assignment includes the delivery, implementation and deployment of a system support for the planning, implementation and follow-up of operational, maintenance and construction projects, including work order and ETA management. The solution will be used in the fields of operation, Construction and Function, Retention and Winter, as well as Green Care and support approximately 250 users in both office and operational roles.
