b.) Definitiva: Por importe del 5 por 100 del presupuesto base de licitación, IVA excluido. La garantía definitiva podrá constituirse en cualquiera de las formas establecidas en la condición 10.1.2 del PCP, salvo mediante retención en el precio.
En el caso de constituirse mediante aval o seguro de caución, deberá realizarse conforme al modelo del anexo II del PCP y, siempre que sea posible, el aval o el seguro de caución deberá ser entregado en formato electrónico autenticado mediante firma electrónica reconocida del representante de la entidad avalista o aseguradora.
En el caso de que no pueda aportarse en formato electrónico conforme a lo indicado anteriormente, podrá entregarse físicamente en el Servicio de Licitaciones de Metro de Madrid, avenida de Asturias n.º 4, 28029 Madrid.
c.) Complementaria: Se exigirá en su caso de acuerdo con lo previsto en la condición 10.1.3 del PCP, por importe del 5 por 100 del presupuesto base de licitación, IVA excluido
