Time and Absence Management Information System for ARTE France and its subsidiaries

The purpose of this contract is to renew ARTE France's Human Resources Information System and its subsidiaries for Time and Absence Management on 1 January 2028.

This is the project to implement a time and absence management solution in Saas mode (hereinafter referred to as "the Solution"), its operation and maintenance, with: - The implementation phase involving the installation of the Solution, the design and realization of functional and technical specifications, the customisation of the regulation in accordance with the features described in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particuliers (hereinafter referred to as "CCTP"), the development of the interfaces necessary for the integration of the Solution within ARTE France's target SIRH, the recipe plan, the piloting and coordination of implementation, assistance with the recipe, deployment and start-up, the reversibility plan;

- Technical, software, corrective, scalable, regulatory and preventive maintenance within the framework of the recurring services of the Solution according to the levels of service expected by ARTE France. The objective is to deploy the Solution by 1 January 2028.
