TNWB: S/4HANA procurement

The subject of the contract is a holistic transformation and operational performance. This includes in particular the technical and professional analysis of the existing system landscape, the SAP-S/4HANA conversion, the transfer to the private cloud environment, test migrations and data conversion, the adaptation of in-house developments, add-ons and interfaces as well as the implementation and optimization of the relevant commercial processes. In addition, SAP Fiori, Reporting and Embedded Analytics as well as the necessary integration services, in particular using the SAP Business Technology Platform and the SAP Integration Suite, must be considered. The contractor accompanies the transformation including tests, cutover, go-live, hypercare, training and transfer to a regulated company and then takes over the agreed managed services as well as operational, support and further development services. In particular, the clean core approach, the maintenance of ongoing clinical operations, the existing dependencies on SAP IS-H, i.s.h.med, SAP HCM and other systems as well as requirements for data protection, information security, compliance, availability, scalability and an orderly exit scenario must be taken into account. As a contractual basis, the conclusion of an EVB-IT cloud contract is envisaged, which maps both the transformation and implementation services up to acceptance as well as the subsequently to be provided managed services, operational, support and further development services.
