What the buyer wants
The subject of this public procurement is the upgrade of the Business Cycles. Information system The system consists of an external application used by respondents and accounting houses, an internal application used by the employees of the territorial statistical offices and the central management of the NSI, and an administrative application.
The main objective of the project is to upgrade the ICCC in relation to the transition to the new Classification of Economic Activities KID-2025, integration of ICCC with the IC Statistic Business Register (ICSB), extension of the monitoring questionnaire The contracting authority shall pay the price for the performance of the contract in euro upfront of 100 per cent (one hundred per cent) of the price of the contract with VAT included.
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the participant appointed as contractor shall provide a guarantee for the performance of the contract of 5% (five per cent) of the value of the contract without VAT. Before the advance payment is made, the contractor shall provide a guarantee providing advance funds of 100 per cent (one hundred) of the amount of the advance payment.
