Granting licence rights to use specialised software, post-warranty support and provision of digital ticketing services for the Integrated Electronic Passenger Ticketing System (ИЕСТП) in the public transport of Vratsa Municipality

The execution of the contract aims to ensure continuity and continued operation and to ensure the necessary level of maintenance of the integrated electronic charging system for passengers (ESTP) and a system for informing passengers, as well as technological provision of integrated digital charging and selling of transport documents for general public transport in Vratsa.

License rights will be granted for the delivered software products, including central and applied software, as well as provision of infrastructure for the developed software at central level. Post-warranty maintenance shall include the removal of critical and non-critical defects of the software arising from the operation of the supplied components in relation to documented parameters and discrepancies with the operational and technical documentation.

To ensure integration of IESTP with the Tixi MaaS platform for contactless bank payments, as well as to secure integration with the MPass mobile application for the purchase and use of QR-code based transport documents. Support activities shall include post-security support for the following information assets and environment and accompanying activities:

• Centralized software and specialized application software within the scope of the order and ensuring the performance of the software and hardware solutions implemented, as well as the adjacent databases;
• Integration and communication interfaces;
• Infrastructure components;
• Security of information;
• Provision of service level. The scope of the contract does not include guarantee and technical maintenance of equipment and hardware components and does not include replacement, repair and other unforeseen activities, but the contractor must, if necessary, perform diagnostics and provide possible options for action, including, where necessary and request by the contracting authority, provide opportunities for the performance of the contract
