Development and implementation of an information system for integrated agricultural statistics (ISIAS)

Participants should have realised a total turnover calculated on the basis of annual turnovers in the last three completed financial years, depending on the date on which the participant was set up or started operating.

The circumstances shall be certified in Part IV: Selection criteria, Section B: Minimum level requirements: For the last three completed financial years from the date of submission of the tender, the participant must have achieved a minimum total turnover calculated on the basis of the annual turnover of EUR 756 264,60.

The documents demonstrating compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the contract for the award of the contract, pursuant to Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, and shall be: Annual financial statements or components thereof where their publication is required under the legislation of the country in which the participant is established; Reference to total turnover in the last three completed financial years.

The participant should have experience in the performance of services with an object identical to or similar to the subject matter of the contract fully realised in the last 3 (three) years as from the date fixed as the deadline for submission of tenders. Under The participant shall provide (declared) in Section C of Part IV of Part IV the information on the availability of services.

Minimum level requirements: The participant should have completed at least 1 (one) service with an object identical to or similar to the object of the contract for the last 3 years as from the date fixed as the deadline for submission of tenders. * IMPORTANT: In completing the EEDOP, the participant in the procedure must bear in mind that: An activity carried out shall be considered as having been drawn up and signed.

Admission protocol or other document for the transmission and acceptance of activities in the area specified above by the contracting authority, for which a circumstance should be indicated in the EEDOP name and date of the document concerned!

The documents demonstrating compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the contract for the award of the contract, pursuant to Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, and shall be: List of services which are identical or similar to the subject-matter of the contract with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with proof of the service carried out, as from the date of submission of the tender.

The participant shall have an installed quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent, with a range in the field of services similar to the subject-matter of this contract (development, implementation and/or maintenance of information systems). The participant shall provide (declared) information on the presence of a valid certificate EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent issued by accredited persons.

Minimum level requirements: The participant should have an integrated quality management system according to EN ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent, with a range in the field of services similar to the subject-matter of this contract (development, deployment and/or maintenance of information systems).

The documents demonstrating compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the contract for the award of the contract, pursuant to Art. 112, para 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, and shall be: A copy of a valid EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate of the participant with a range in the field of services similar to the subject matter of this contract (development, implementation and/or maintenance of information systems) or equivalent.
