What the buyer wants

For the operation and future migration of the existing VMware environment, the clinics of the City of Cologne gGmbH (client) intend to obtain subscription licenses for VMware vSphere Foundation. Mixed licensing (existing perpetual and new subscriptions) is not possible, so the complete conversion of all licenses to the new subscription model takes place. The total number of the required 1856 licenses must be provided to the client without error as of 01.01.2027. The contract period begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2027.
