What the buyer wants
The object of the contract is to provide the Contractor with a service to the Contracting Authority, consisting in ensuring the continuation of service support for VMware virtualization systems for a period of 12 months. A detailed description of the technical support service shall be given in Annex 1 to the model contract. By launching technical support, it is understood to confirm to the software manufacturer that the Contracting Authority is covered by the support service in the manufacturer's system, in particular by giving an active subscription visible on the producer's portal.
