- The subject of the contract is the extension of the technical support and maintenance service (maintenance) for the Comvault software held by the Ordering Party, used under perpetual licences.
- Technical support must be provided at the level of the Commvault Authorized Support Partner – Basic (CASP-B) or equivalent, providing a range of services not less than that specified in the Procurement Subject Description (OPP).
- The contract concerns the continuation of the current technical support of the Ordering Party for the Commvault CASP-B, which expires on 24.11.2026.
- The service must include technical support and maintenance of the power to update your Comvault software throughout the execution period.
- Technical support must be implemented by the Comvault software manufacturer or authorized partner authorized to provide technical support for this software.
- The order does not include the purchase of new software licenses or an increase in the scope of the license rights.
- The contractor, who cites solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority, is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions meet the equivalence criteria.
