What the buyer wants

The client is the PD consultant of öffentlichenn Hand GmbH. In 2021, a customer of the client founded an umbrella brand for sustainable construction in Germany with the “Quality Seal Sustainable Building” (QNG). The “Sustainable Building Quality Seal” (QNG) aims to broaden sustainable construction in Germany and ensure a minimum quality for “sustainable buildings”. In addition, a legally secure basis for the award of subsidies is to be created, which enables grants in the construction sector in accordance with social goals (sustainability goals). Since 2022, the client supports the customer by establishing and establishing a QNG office with all related activities, such as hotline, operation of a website and further development of the QNG requirements with the corresponding publications. In order to provide up-to-date information about the seal and the processes to be followed, the QNG website https://www.qng.info/ was developed and established in 2022 with an external service provider. The QNG website is a knowledge platform that reviews ongoing developments and changes, provides basic processes, interfaces and assistance to users. The award is made in two lots: - Lot 1: Hosting, further development and support of the existing website - Lot 2: Technical support (expertise pool) for the "Quality Label Sustainable Building" (QNG). 48 monthsDer Expertisepool soll bei der Beratung zu Anfragen, die aus der Anwendung des QNG in der Praxis resultieren, unterstützen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung der QNG-Anforderungen und der Einführungs- und Implementierungsphase der überarbeiteten Anforderungen. Zu den Leistungen gehören: • Unterstützung bei der inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssiegels • Unterstützung bei der Überarbeitung und Qualitätssicherung der zugehörigen Dokumente hinsichtl. Verständlichkeit und fachlicher Richtigkeit • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung bzw. Überarbeitung begleitender Materialien wie FAQ und Schnellantworten • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für die Zertifizierungsstellen und Auditor:innen im Rahmen der Einführung der überarbeiteten Anforderungen • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung komplexer oder fachlich anspruchs- voller Anfragen, ggf. Unterstützung bei der fortlaufenden Qualitätssicherung von neuen FAQs und Schnellantworten Leistungsbeginn ist der 01.01.2027. Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 4 Jahren. Basis der Beauftragung in Los 2 ist ein Dienstvertrag. Es besteht keine feste Abnahmemenge. Das geschätzte Volumen ergibt sich aus der im Preisblatt angegebenen Schätzmenge. Der Vertrag ist begrenzt auf 280.000 Euro.
