What the buyer wants

The knowledge platform WIESO (knowledge internally uniformly organized systematically) – and thus the underlying software – should be approx. 5000 users are provided at the 32 Offices for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (ÄELF), the Bavarian State Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Tourism (StMELF) and the State Leadership Academy (FüAk).

The object of the contract is therefore the corresponding licenses for the software (including license for systems with several interconnected servers) as well as the establishment (installation) and maintenance (updates, support, training) of operational readiness. For the agreed services, reference is made accordingly to the EVB-IT system contract. The duration should be 4 years.

Technical and professional capacity: self-declaration references In order to demonstrate the technical and professional capacity required for the performance of the contract, a self-declaration of suitable references of the tenderer on essential service in the field of knowledge management/information system in the public sector, as specified below, shall be provided. “relevant experience” means at least one functioning knowledge platform/wiki commissioned and successfully implemented by a German authority (e.g. in the public sector, e.g. public institutions, public law bodies).
