  1. Zamawiający żąda wniesienia wadium w kwocie: Pakiet 3 – 12 000,00 zł
  2. Wadium wnosi się przed upływem terminu składania ofert.
  3. Wadium może być wnoszone w jednej lub w kilku następujących formach, o których mowa w art. 97 ust. 7 ustawy PZP: a. pieniądzu; b. gwarancjach bankowych; c. gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych; d. poręczeniach udzielanych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art. 6b ust. 5 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości.
  4. Jeżeli wadium jest wnoszone w formie gwarancji lub poręczenia, o których mowa w ust. 10.3 pkt 2–4 SWZ, wykonawca przekazuje zamawiającemu oryginał gwarancji lub poręczenia, w postaci elektronicznej.
  5. Z treści gwarancji i poręczeń, o których mowa w ust. 10.3. pkt 2) – 4) SWZ musi wynikać bezwarunkowe, nieodwołalne i na pierwsze pisemne żądanie zamawiającego, zobowiązanie gwaranta do zapłaty na rzecz zamawiającego kwoty określonej w gwarancji.
  6. Wadium wnoszone w pieniądzu wpłaca się przelewem na rachunek bankowy zamawiającego: ING BANK ŚLĄSKI W ŁODZI 21 1050 1461 1000 0022 8237 8799, z zaznaczeniem „Wadium – ZP/88/2026 – Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego – pakiet ……”
  7. Wniesienie wadium w pieniądzu przelewem na rachunek bankowy wskazany przez zamawiającego będzie skuteczne z chwilą uznania tego rachunku bankowego kwotą wadium (jeżeli wpływ środków pieniężnych na rachunek bankowy wskazany przez zamawiającego nastąpi przed upływem terminu składania ofert).
  8. W przypadku wniesienia wadium w pieniądzu wykonawca może wyrazić zgodę na zaliczenie kwoty wadium na poczet zabezpieczenia (art. 450 ust. 4 ustawy PZP).
  9. Zamawiający zwraca wadium niezwłocznie, nie później jednak niż w terminie 7 dni od dnia od wystąpienie jednej z okoliczności: a. upływu terminu związania ofertą; b. zawarcia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego; c. unieważnienia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia, z wyjątkiem sytuacji gdy nie zostało rozstrzygnięte odwołanie na czynność unieważnienia albo nie upłynął t
