Circular Kapu Oy (hereinafter referred to as "Contracting Entity" or "Client") requests your offer for the ICT basic information technology services of Kiertokapu Oy according to the tender documentation. The following sets of basic information technology services are covered: 1) User support services, which include services necessary to solve IT problems for people using the IT environment, to provide advice on use and to support work. Including ID and access management; 2) Workstation lifecycle services, including a comprehensive set of services to ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective use of workstations and their accessories throughout their lifecycle. This includes the purchase of workstations using a service equipment model; (3) Operating and capacity services, including services essential to the capacity of the server infrastructure and its supporting communication infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable operation and management and control of servers and integrated communication equipment with all necessary maintenance activities. The service area also includes the subscriber's on- prem Microsoft AD environment management service; (4) Cloud computing services with services providing central management and control of public cloud services for cloud-based resources and services; The service area also includes M365- and Entra ID management services; 5) Telecommunications services, including Internet connections of establishments, inter-service connections, local network solutions, centralised firewall service and telecommunications equipment management and control services 6) Information security services including 24 / 7-type automated data security incident response service and subscriber security products operating service (e.g. Defender, Sentinel) 7) Expert services, including specialised professional expertise and consultancy services supporting IT infrastructure, information systems, security and operational planning, optimisation, development, expansion and renewal; and 6) Service management including services related to the management and development of the service package to be procured and services related to IT processes. The subject matter and terms of the contract are described in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The competition will be carried out through an open procedure whereby one (1) contract supplier will be selected. The highest number of points is chosen as a contract supplier. In the event of a tie, the successful tenderer shall be determined as described in Annex 1 (Instructions and benchmarks). Procurement is not divided into sub-areas to ensure the smooth operation of services. Parallel and alternative offers shall be prohibited. The choice of competition is based on overall economic advantages, 60 points in price and 40 points in quality. The duration of the contract shall be 3 years, after which the contract shall remain in force for an indefinite period. The contract period shall begin at the earliest after the contract award has been awarded. The aim is for the contract period to enter into force on 15 January 2027. In relation to the subject-matter of the contract, the contracting entity notes that it has fixed-term contracts for some services, which affects the introduction of the services: - Operating and capacity services can be deployed by 31.12.2027 and the deployment project must be completed accordingly "Telecommunications services can be deployed by 31.3.2028 and the deployment project should be completed accordingly.
