What the buyer wants

Scene Oy requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system (DPS), which targets IT security solutions. The subject-matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular in the Annex "Subject-matter of the dynamic purchasing system '. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application for participation.

DPS shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or amended in the case of the DPS. All candidates meeting the eligibility criteria for candidates shall be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. The number of candidates eligible for the dynamic purchasing system is not limited. The candidate applies to the dynamic purchasing system by submitting an application for participation.

Istekki Oy conducts procurement among DPS approved candidates through internal DPS competitions that can run throughout the DPS acquisition phase. The acquisition period for DPS begins after the start-up phase and ends at the end of the DPS period. Isteki Oy may choose to shorten or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system by publishing a contract notice. Isteki Oy can also increase the value of the contract by publishing a contract notice.

The dynamic purchasing system will be closed annually for July after the start-up phase. In addition, Isteki Oy reserves the right to temporarily suspend the submission of requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system during its duration (e.g. holiday periods). During this period there will be no competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system.
